A visit to the Jan Pazdur Museum of Nature and Technology "Ekomuzeum" in Starachowice can be recommended above all to lovers of industrial heritage and… paleontology. But, to tell the truth, what isn't there!The museum occupies the site of a former ironworks that operated from the first half of the 19th century until the second half of the 20th century. The most impressive monument is the 22-metre-high blast furnace. Spectacular industrial monuments have also survived in the former factory halls.In addition, in Starachowice we will see an exotic paleontological exhibition, prepared with genuine expertise.A visit to the Archeopark, on the other hand, takes us back to ancient times.
