Łańcut

The Jan Potocki Centre for Traditional Education (Centrum Edukacji Tradycji im. Jana Potockiego) has been part of the Muzeum – Zamek w Łańcucie (Łańcut Castle Museum) since 2022. Housed in the restored Orangery of 1802 and the Riding School of 1828–1830, it presents the everyday life and traditions of the Polish aristocracy, especially the families who once owned Łańcut. The Riding School displays a collection of nearly 50 horse-drawn carriages. We created a mobile app for Android and iOS phones that accompanies visitors during their time at the Centre. Augmented reality (AR) content, together with games and activities, lets them learn about history in an active way. The app is available in Polish.
